  • You can find the Ashley Victoria on the loading dock behind the Harbor Master’s office ready to get hooked on some fish!

  • Hooked On Fish Charters loads and offloads passengers in Rye Harbor, NH.  We choose this location because there is plenty of space to park your car or multiple cars at any time of day! In the case that we catch a commercial sized tuna we will also be using the pier facility in Rye Harbor to offload the fish. This makes a great opportunity to take some photos after the charter. Bathrooms are also offered at Rye Harbor as well as on the boat.

We keep small snacks and plenty of water aboard for any passenger to have. If you want to learn more details about our boat or fishing gear please click “About us”!

  • The captain recommends you bring food and drink in a small cooler without wheels, waterproof deck boots or shoes, sunscreen, waterproof jacket and a warm sweatshirt.
  • If children are attending a charter, it’s recommended that they bring their own life vest that they are most comfortable with.
  • Also please consider we are fishing and you might be driving home after your trip, very fishy. Be prepared and bring extra clothes!

What will the captain and mate do?

The captain and mate will work their hardest to keep you on the fish and make sure you get the proper fishing supplies at all times. They will offer help and assistance for any person of any ability. We treat every passenger equally and give everyone equal opportunity to fish. The captain and the mate’s primary responsibility is to ensure safety to all passengers, including themselves, as well as keeping the boat seaworthy. If the captain asks you to do something it is most likely to ensure your safety aboard the boat so please listen. The captain or mate will fillet and process all fish kept and put the fillets in proper bags if desired. The mate works very hard before, during and after the trips and works  for tips only. It is very important to leave standard gratuity to the mate at the end of the trip. The industry standard is a 20% minimum of the total cost of the trip. To learn more about our captain and mate please click “About us”.
